Fourteen mushers competed in the 35-mile Kwethluk Sled Dog Race on March 6.Gregory Larson won the race with a total elapsed time of 3 hours and 1 minute. Taking second, just six minutes later, was Jackie Larson with a total elapsed time of 3 hours and 7 minutes. Finishing third, just two minutes later, was Nicholas Ayapan with a total elapsed time of 3 hours and 9 minutes.
