Two Bethel Regional High School basketball players have been selected to play in the Alaska Association of Basketball Coaches senior All-Star games. Ava Lieb and Peter Crow, both captains for the Warrior teams, will compete.
The games are scheduled for April 16 at the Grace Christian School in Anchorage. The 3A/4A girls game begins at 6 p.m., and the 3A/4A boys game at 7:45 p.m. The games will feature a dunk contest and a 3-point shooting contest.
The two captains, Lieb and Crow, have received another honor as well. Both were named as two of Alaska’s Top 30 best players this season. Those picks were made by a group of Alaska coaches.
