Wellness Wednesday is a talk show about health and wellness throughout the Y-K Delta that features health care providers from Bethel and the Y-K  Delta region. The program airs at 10:00 a.m. every Wednesday with hosts from YKHC Tobacco Prevention and Cessation, Irniamta Ikayurviat, and Tundra Women's Coalition.

Today, TWC's Annie Mae Lee and educator Sharon Chakuchin discuss the manifestation of trauma in children. They also discuss the resilience that young children in the region display in the face of turbulent, traumatic situations. 

This week, Annie Mae Lee and Carey Atchak discuss the dynamics of domestic violence, how to hold perpetrators accountable, and what bystanders can do to help victims of domestic violcence.

As Domestic Violence Awareness Month draws to a close, TWC's Annie Mae Lee sat down with Eleanor Fox, a domestic violence survivor, to talk about the importance of sharing stories and getting help.
