Update: Lateesh Evon, age 13, has been found and returned home safely.
Original Story: Bethel Police need help locating 13-year-old Lateesh Evon after she didn’t return home last night. She was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie with the word “LOVE” printed on the front. Evon is Alaska Native, about 5 feet tall, and weighs 115 pounds.
Evon was last seen on the evening of Oct. 24 at the Covenant Church on Chief Eddie Hoffman Highway across from the courthouse. She was seen with her boyfriend, who is roughly the same age; Bethel Police Department did not release his name.
Evon's parents became concerned when she didn’t come home last night and did not show up for school this morning. They think she ran away. If you have any information regarding Lateesh Evon’s location, please contact the Bethel Police Department at 907-545-4309 or call 911.
