Bethel residents should stay off a trail that goes from northwest of Hangar Lake to the dump, according to Bethel Search and Rescue.
BSAR says that a creek northwest of Hangar Lake runs alongside the trail, and that creek is wide open and “very dangerous.”
Instead, residents should use the trail that snakes along Hangar Lake road.
