The City of Bethel's testing mandate for passengers arriving at the Alaska Airlines terminal went into effect Sept. 3. Acting City Manager Lori Strickler, Police Chief Richard Simmons, and Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation Chief of Staff Dr. Ellen Hodges discuss how they're prepared for an increased load in testing, and how they will gain compliance with the mandate.
