There are not many places to shop for clothes in Bethel, but one place that people have been able to find clothing for every season is Arctic Belle Boutique. The store sells second-hand fashion on consignment and is closing its doors this month. Arctic Belle owner Kate McWilliams opened the store six years ago when she was a senior in high school. She joins KYUK to talk about running a small business in Bethel that's focused on community and sustainability.
