Annie Lang from the Yukon-Kuskokwim Fitness Center (YKFC) speaks with nurse practitioner Elizabeth Salem to discuss how one's body and health needs changes as one ages, how to maintain a healthy lifestyle to prolong well-being, and the benefits of getting older.

Halloween is around the corner, and in our studio is Mikayla Miller, the Youth Services Coordinator at the Kuskokwim Campus Consortium Library. On the phone are Jen Nelson and Austin Song with GCI. The topic is Bethel’s Halloween Jamboree.

It is the season for flu and other respiratory illnesses, and time to get vaccines to keep us healthy.
