Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
Wing Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- Chicken wings (raw)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4th onion (diced)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Place the raw chicken wings in a large bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp. of black pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and 1 tsp. of salt.
- Add the diced onion and 1/4 cup olive oil to the ingredients and mix. Cover and let marinate for a hour.
- To make the sauce, place 2 tbsp. of butter into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds, or until melted. Add 1/2 tsp. of onion powder and Italian seasoning then mix together.
- After the hour is up, place wings in the airfryer in a single cook for 14 minutes at 355 degrees. Flip wings and repeat.
- Place cooked wings in a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over them and mix until the wings are coated.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of grated parmesan over the wings and enjoy.
