Winter House serves as the seasonal homeless shelter in Bethel and is now in its eighth year. The organization has made its home at a few facilities around town, most recently at the Covenant Church. Now the board is exploring using the former Bethel Senior Center as a permanent facility with renovations funded by CARES money.
