Will this be the year that the Kuskokwim 300 sled dog race will make it into the Alaska Sports Hall of Fame?
It’s been a four-year quest for K300 founder Myron Angstman. Last year, the race made into the nominations, but failed to make it into the hall of fame. Now the Kuskokwim 300 Race Committee is hoping for another shot.
People can vote online at alaskasportshall.org. There’s no deadline on the website, but winners are usually announced during the winter.
