Kolacky: A Jam Good Cookie

Ingredients:

• 4 cups of flour 
• 1 lb. butter (softened)
• 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
• 3 cans of pie filling (your desired flavor)

Directions:

1. Mix flour, softened butter, and ice cream by hand. 
2. Roll dough and cut cookies with a champagne or other narrow glass.
3. Bake cookies for eight to 10 minutes at 330 F.
4. Make a spoon print on cookies while still warm and fill with pie filling.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let cool.
6. Enjoy!
