Ingredients:
- 4 cups of flour
- 1 lb. butter (softened)
- 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
- 3 cans of pie filling (your desired flavor)
Directions:
- Mix flour, softened butter, and ice cream by hand.
- Roll dough and cut cookies with a champagne or other narrow glass.
- Bake cookies for eight to 10 minutes at 330 F.
- Make a spoon print on cookies while still warm and fill with pie filling.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let cool.
