How To Stay Outside And Active During The Winter

It's important to get out and get moving, even when the temperature dips below zero. In this episode, we speak to Stacey Reardon from the Y-K Fitness Center, YKHC therapist Charlotte Gruber, and community members to discuss the importance of physical activity, the science behind getting our hearts pumping, and ideas for getting outside.
