Bethel is the largest city in the US to deliver water by hauling it

Bethel delivers water to residents by hauling it. Michaela LePatin, a Civil Engineering graduate student at the University of Texas, has been traveling to Bethel and the surrounding Delta region for several years to talk with local residents about the challenges in their infrastructure.
