The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watchfor the lower Kuskokwim Delta for Nov. 3. The watch is in effect from the afternoon through late at night.
The Weather Service forecasts possible blizzard conditions, with wind gusts up to 50 mph and 1 to 3 inches of snow possible, with the most severe conditions along the coast. The Weather Service warns that falling and blowing snow could reduce visibility, leading to possible whiteout conditions that make travel dangerous.
