Listen In Yugtun And English: 2019 Bethel City Council Candidates Forum

KYUK and Delta Discovery hosted the 2019 Bethel City Council Candidates Forum live at Bethel City Hall on Tuesday, Sept. 17. The forum consisted of candidates responding to questions from Bethel journalists, fellow candidates, and audience members. Topics included alcohol and marijuana local option propositions, infrastructure, council member civility, and the hiring of future city employees. Five of the six candidates attended: Raymond "Thor" Williams, Cece Franko, Haley Hanson, Alyssa Gustafson-Leary, and Mark Springer. Incumbent candidate Fritz Charles was unable to attend due to a prior work commitment. Listen to the full broadcast below.
