KYUK Wins 5 Society of Professional Journalists Awards

KYUK won five Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Region 10 awards for journalism produced in 2020. SPJ Region 10 covers Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. KYUK competed in the small newsroom division. These awards join other regional and statewide awards that KYUK has received this awards season. KYUK also won three Regional Edward R. Murrow awards and six Alaska Press Club awards for journalism produced in 2020.
