Bethel City Council enacted zoning regulations for its new commercial marijuana policy at its meeting on Tuesday, August 9.
Places where marijuana is grown, manufactured, tested, and sold will be allowed in the City of Bethel’s General Use zones. New businesses located in these zones may obtain permits on a Conditional Use basis, which means that the city will review proposals in much the same way that they review liquor license applications.
