AVCP and tribal delegates have issued two separate letters responding to allegations of AVCP's near bankruptcy and other financial instabilities.
AVCP's letter appeared on their Facebook page after being emailed to KYUK. Akiak tribal delegates emailed their letter to regional tribal leaders, AVCP and KYUK.
