Bethel City Council decided to postpone a vote on raising some of the maximum rates that cabs can charge for rides. The Bethel City Council wants more time to perfect the proposed increase on the maximum rates charged by taxi cabs.
The ordinance will come up again at the next meeting after it is retitled, and may include an increase of the cab permit tax.
