It’s Thursday, which is when we take “A Bite Out of Bethel.” This week, KYUK's Olivia Ebertz shares her dish, Pasta Al Pomodoro, with host Tamryn Hodge and opens up about a life almost too im-pasta-ble to believe. Ebertz talks about going from a childhood in the suburbs of Minnesota to becoming a food industry employee in Rome, and about traveling around Europe in between.
