On the July 29 episode of "Coffee at KYUK," we take "a bite out of Bethel". This morning, host Tamryn Hodge and KYUK Multimedia Director Katie Basile bring a little so-fish-stication to the table as they discuss Basile's dish: Peruvian ceviche. This Peruvian classic, which is composed of raw fish and citrus, serves as a birthday tradition passed down from aunt to niece. We also hear Basile's stories of growing up in Ubinas, Peru.
