Troopers Investigating Homicide Of Hooper Bay Woman Found Dead Along Parks Highway

Alaska State Troopers are investigating the death of Arnoldine Simone Hill, age 26, as a homicide. Troopers found her body by the Parks Highway north of Willow, AK on Jan. 9, 2021.

A body found along the Parks Highway on Jan. 9 has been identified as an Alaska Native woman from Hooper Bay. According to Alaska State Troopers, the woman is Arnoldine Simone Hill, age 26. Troopers are investigating her death as a homicide; an autopsy has confirmed that as the manner of death. Troopers found Hill’s body along the Parks Highway north of Willow.

Troopers said that Hill was last known to be alive on Dec. 10, 2020 in Midtown Anchorage. Anyone with information about where Hill was or who she may have interacted with since then is asked to contact Alaska State Troopers at 907-352-5401.
