The Calista Corporation Board of Directors has removed Director Wayne Don of Mekoryuk from his position as Board Chair.
The Board voted on the action Friday. Wayne Don was elected to his one-year seat in July 2017. The regional native corporation isn’t providing further information on the decision at this time.
Vice Chair George Guy of Kwethluk will serve as Calista Board Chair until the body appoints a replacement at a future meeting.
